To access certain features of the Services, you must create an Account. You agree to:

The ZaneChat name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ZaneChat or its affiliates.

• The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free • AI-generated responses will be accurate, complete, or reliable • Any defects or errors will be corrected • The Services are free of viruses or other harmful components

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZANECHAT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZaneChat, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to:

You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the jurisdiction of ZaneChat's principal place of business.
